The CGBR Business Partners Committee is made up of REALTOR® members and representatives from businesses that are compatible with the mission and vision statement of the Board.
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
Jennifer Sesma, Chair
The CGBR Education Committee develops and provides educational services and informative programs to meet the needs of the Board and its members.
FINANCE COMMITTEE
Paul Herrington, Chair
The CGBR Finance Committee regularly reviews the budget, investments, and spending of the CGBR as well as making financial recommendations.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH COMMITTEE

The CGBR Community Outreach is charged with interaction with the community in various aspects including but not limited to fundraising, participation community events, donations, public relations and the CGBR Scholarship program.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE

The CGBR Professional Standards Committee is responsible for the enforcement of the NAR Code of Ethics. Participation is by Presidential appointment.
CHAIRPERSON FOR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION COMMITTEE

The charge of this committee is to promote equal opportunity in housing and diversity within the real estate industry, to identify fair housing needs and goals.
BYLAWS COMMITTEE

The CGBR Bylaws Committee is charged with the annual review of the governing documents of including Bylaws and Statement of Policy and make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors as needed.
WEBSITE COMMITTEE
Allison Rada, Chair
The CGBR Website Committee is tasked with reviewing the functionality of the website to ensure the that it has the components necessary to keep it user friendly, ADA compliant and technically viable as well as ensure it contains the information to meet National Associations of REALTORS® core standards and support the Columbia Greene Board of REALTORS® strategic plan.
LEGISLATIVE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
James Conway, Chair
The CGBR Legislative Advisory Committee monitors New York State legislative policy, the New York State License Law, and proposed legislation that may impact private property rights and the real estate industry, either in a positive or negative way. RPAC: REALTORS® POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE: This sub-committee, in conjunction with Legislative Advisory Committee, works towards raising funds and awareness of issues that are affecting the real estate profession and private property rights.
