The CGBR Website Committee is tasked with reviewing the functionality of the website to ensure the that it has the components necessary to keep it user friendly, ADA compliant and technically viable as well as ensure it contains the information to meet National Associations of REALTORS® core standards and support the Columbia Greene Board of REALTORS® strategic plan.

The CGBR Legislative Advisory Committee monitors New York State legislative policy, the New York State License Law, and proposed legislation that may impact private property rights and the real estate industry, either in a positive or negative way. RPAC: REALTORS® POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE: This subcommittee, in conjunction with Legislative Advisory Committee, works towards raising funds and awareness of issues that are affecting the real estate profession and private property rights.
