Join us for a safety awareness course for real estate agents on Friday, June 3 from 9 a.m.-noon, at the CGBR office, 337 Fairview Ave.
“Realtor Safety: 24/7/365” will be led by David Legaz, retired sergeant with the New York City Police Department, who is also a NYS licensed real estate instructor and broker. Legarz will address risk awareness, safety knowledge and empowerment as core components of safety for real estate professionals.
The class is open to CGBR members and non-members, and carries three hours of continuing education credits for Realtors®. Cost: $30 for participants without CE credit; $40 with CE credits.
