Arbitration

Arbitration, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), is a legal technique for the resolution of disputes outside the courts. In arbitration, the dispute is heard by a panel of arbitrators, who impose a decision (the “award”) the parties agree to be bound by. It is a process that is legally binding for both sides.

CGBR has mandated that Mediation occur prior to moving forward with an Arbitration request.
