We are delighted to announce the election of new 2017 leaders to the Columbia-Greene Board of REALTORS® and to the Columbia-Greene-Northern Dutches MLS.
CGBR has elected Ronald Caplan (pictured) of Real Estate Opportunities as president; James Conway of Red Apple Realty was elected vice president; Barbara Hermance of Land Source Real Estate was elected treasurer, and Carol Shaw of Shaw Country Realty, was elected secretary.
CGND-MLS administered by CGBR, has elected as president Richard Reilly of Fraleigh & Rakow Realty; Steve Hubbard of Steve Hubbard Real Estate Services is vice president; James Male of HOUSE Hudson Valley Realty is now secretary, and William Laraway of C21 Lynn Strunk Realty Inc. has been elected treasurer.
